    Reporting into the Head of HR, the HR Business Partner will provide generalist HR support to the business across an array of areas such as employee relations; talent management; change management; learning and development; reward and labor relations.

    This is a truly diverse role where you will have the autonomy to work off your own initiative with the support from the wider HR team.

    Key responsibilities of the HR Business Partner:
    Coach and advise stakeholders with their ad hoc people management issues to achieve devolved, accountable people management.
    Ensure that sound Employee Relations advice and guidance is provided to all levels of management on all matters whilst ensuring that employment legislation is adhered to, and good HR practice is implemented
    Involvement in various HR projects
    Ensure effective implementation of key HR processes for the function
    Embed talent management and succession planning interventions into business areas
    Provide advice and guidance to line managers on employee training needs and help to identify any skill gaps
