Randstad is recruiting for Colt Telecom native UK, French, German, Spanish and Italian speakers to work as Technical Service Desk Agents.
Main Purpose:
part of a centralised 24*7 customer support team based at BCN whose responsability is to provice first line support services to Colt Managed Services Customers. Monitors and manages customer solutions, located accross multiple COLT Data centres, reactign and responding to alarms generated either by the system tools or directly from the customer, using knowledge of the customers solutions, detailed technical knowledge and appropiate procedures to resolve alarms within SLA.
Skills:
good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, UNIX or LINUX, LAN technologies, Networking, Cisco equipment (routers and switches) SMTP, E-mail, DNS and BIN, and any other technologies.
Excellent customer oriented
Effective communication skills
Fluent verbal and written English
1-3 years experience as Systems Network Specialist or Systems Administration
Conditions:
- 3 months contract with Randstad 25´000€ gross + 142€ tickets restaurant --> permanent contract
- 24/7 timeshifts of 8 hours every day
